Popular YouTuber YourFellowArab was taken in Haiti while attempting to interview a gang leader nicknamed 'Barbecue.' The kidnappers are demanding $600,000 for his release.

Addison Pierre Maalouf, also known as YourFellowArab or Arab on YouTube, might have been taken by force in Haiti. He's well-known for visiting risky places that most people avoid. Maalouf hasn't posted anything on his Instagram since July last year. Some rumors say he went to Port-au-Prince in Haiti to interview Jimmy "Barbecue" Cherizier, a notorious figure, before he disappeared.

According to Haiti24, the people who kidnapped Maalouf are following orders from a powerful gang leader called "Lanmò 100 jou," who is part of the "Viv Ansanm" group. They asked for a huge amount of money, $600,000, to let Maalouf go. Even after paying $40,000 as the first part of the ransom, the kidnappers still wanted more money for his full release.
