New Delhi: A cardiologist has shared some crucial steps to save a life during a heart attack. If you think you are having a heart attack, the first thing to do is call for an ambulance immediately. While waiting for help, sit down, stay calm, and take deep breaths. If advised by a doctor, chew an aspirin tablet. If you see someone else having a heart attack and they become unconscious, start giving them CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) right away. CPR involves chest compressions, which help circulate blood to the heart and brain.
